The installation represented an attic installation for the air handler unit in an attic with truss rafter construction in a house of about 40 years of age. This required a new attic access, which was completed in an appropriate hall area. The installation of the complete unit required almost one day. The team was thorough in their work, cleaned up, and left everthing in working order. Some days later, it was determined that there may be an issue with the unit. Within minutes, it was determined that an original return line had collapsed. At no additional cost, this line was replaced. It has been a few weeks since everything was completed. So far, everything is working properly, and the house is able to maintain the set temperature even during some very hot and humid spells.
