Mechollage has experienced professionals from the evaluation and estimate stage to installation to after-installation response. The installation represented an attic installation for the air handler unit in an attic with truss rafter construction in a house of about 40 years of age. This required a new attic access, which was completed in an appropriate hall area. The installation of the complete unit required almost one day. The team was thorough in their work, cleaned up, and left everthing in working order. Some days later, it was determined that there may be an issue with the unit. Within minutes, it was determined that an original return line had collapsed. At no additional cost, this line was replaced. It has been a few weeks since everything was completed. So far, everything is working properly, and the house is able to maintain the set temperature even during some very hot and humid spells. The outside unit is almost silent in its operation.

I am so impressed with this company for their workmanship, ethics, professionalism, and respect. I am a widow and am used to getting ripped off by contractors but in all my 68 years I have never seen a company go out of their way to make sure I was happy. My 1970 HVAC went out right before Christmas and I was in the hospital They installed my new HVAC unit within a day and it looked like all hands on deck. There were a few hiccups and they really worked hard to take care of me. When Todd came out and resolved the issue, I didn’t realize that he was the owner of the company until later. How often does the owner of a company come out and assess the situation and make it right? I am so pleased with this company that they also do my electrical work. I typically have a “go-to” HVAC company but, due to the demand this week they were busy. I called twenty different companies before I contacted Mechollage and they all had zero availability. Mechollage listened to my concerns and made it a priority to get to my property within an hour. They were professional, communicative and above all the best HVAC company I have used. They will now be my “go-to”!

We submitted a service request late saturday night when our a/c went out. I received a call first thing monday morning at 7:30a. Josh came out 30 minutes later and diagnosed our issue. A part was replaced and he had our a/c working again by 8:45a! We loved the promptness, honesty, and the customer service provided by Josh and Mechollage. We will use them again for our home and recommend them to family and friends.
